Sibirtelecom, a leading telecommunications operator in Siberia, announced that its Tvist Internet and digital TV packaged service is now available to subscribers in the Altai Republic. The service is based on IPTV technology and is designed for the mass consumer market.
TVist offers over 50 channels as well as a wide range of related interactive services. The service has been available in some other Siberian regions since 2008.
